MDE not recognizing Convention tickets

Hi,
I purchased a vacation package for a convention rate with convention rate tickets. My FP+ window opens tomorrow, and MDE says I have no ticket linked to my account, though when I look at "My Reservations," it shows that I have a Cinvention 7-day PH. There's no ticket number or anything, and when I try to link through my resort reservation number, it says that reservation number is already in use by another guest...ME!

I don't know what to do here. Any tips?

If it a package your tickets will be activate for use with FP+ on the 60th day. They will show as ineligible before that.

We also used a Travel Agent for the first time and have a package with 7 day convention tickets. Please let us know how everything went. Hoping there are no problems for either of us.

Perfect! Tickets were available this morning at 7 on the dot. The only problem is....MDE keeps crashing and crashing. I'm trying on 3 different devices! This is SO frustrating!

I have the same issue. At 7am and 720 still not working. Had to call Disney to fix. I also got the someone is linked to my tickets and it was me.

I'm panicked. I tried to call the convention line to get my tickets but they closed 2m prior. Tomorrow is my fp day. Should I just get the non convention tickets? If I buy online through convention site will I have to wait 72h??
