Hello -
I’ve tried searching, so please feel free to point me elsewhere if this has been covered.
We (two adults) are taking our friends and their two kids (two adults, one 9 yr old, one 5 yr old) to WDW in April. Have reserved a 2BR at AKL Jambo House. We have annual passes; they have all purchased 4 day tickets and linked them in MDE. I can see all 4 members of the other family in my “friends and family” list. For the kids, this is presumably because I’m “friends” with their parents in MDE. I was able to link them all to the resort reservation. I can see the adults’ tickets. However, I cannot see the kids’ tickets to make park pass reservations.
Is there another step to be able to make plans for the kids - can I link to them as “friends” if they are minors? Or is this possibly an error on my friends’ part and the tickets aren't linked properly? They haven’t been in several years, and obviously it’s a much different process. They seem a bit overwhelmed, so this could be user error. Though their own tickets seem to be fine.
Has anyone else dealt with this for planning for larger groups? I’ve tried doing the phone/chat options and continue to sit on hold and or have to hang up after lengthy waits.
Any thoughts appreciated!
