MDE...kids Avatars not showing up in linked reservations?

Should I be worried that this is a bad sign? They each have characters by their names in my account, but in the Swan reservations I just linked (which were a nightmare and a week of phone calls to link correctly) show the avatars for my husband and myself but the kids have the generic gray Mickey head. I'm worried something isn't linked right and don't want to find out at midnight at 60 days that I can't book them fastpasses. Would anyone mind checking their account to see if this is the case for their children? Or any thoughts if this is something worth calling Disney Tech Support about (for the 5th call this week)?

I went to change the kids' avatars today and it wouldn't work - my guess is that it's a glitch.

I was having problem last night where it would say only one of us had a fast pass where all 3 of us were booked. I freaked a little bit and decided to call. They said that the system was being glitchy and on their end all was how it should be.

Their avatars are there now so definitely just a glitch. I thought it was a silly thing to worry about, but I've never seen them go grey Mickey before.
