MDE just changed the time of my ADR??? **Update-FIXED**

Just went to try to push back the time of my CG ADR (as I do several times a day) and I found my reservation was changed from 7:15 to 4:15! Has this happened to anyone before and is there a chance this will rectify itself later on? Not looking forward to spending lots of time on the phone trying to fix this tomorrow.

Never had it happen, u couldn't get back your original time ? Or any other times? Good luck calling tomorrow

Could be a time zone system glitch? Seems suspicious that the system would change it for you and do so exactly 3 hrs earlier. I'd check back in the morning. Three hours is the difference between FL and CA right now...

Are you using the app or the regular website? The app has been wonky for the past couple of weeks. I tried using the app & it was telling me there was nothing available for the time I was searching but the time it was commenting on wasn't what I had requested. A lot of people have been having problems with the app.

Just a heads up that call times seem to be pretty long as Disney is trying to fix/address hurricane-related issues. My sister had campground reservations for this Saturday - she was on the phone on hold for hours the last two days. May be better to wait a week - so people with travel this week can get squared away. Of course, this was more than dining reservations, so maybe if it is dining only it wouldn't be so long.

Yes, it happened to me a few years ago. Do you have the original confirmation e-mail stating your original time? You may need it as I had trouble getting my original time back. They have records of all changes made to reservations so as long as you can prove to them what the original time was and that you didn't change it, they should be able to get it back. You will probably need to get a supervisor involved, however, if your originally time isn't currently available in the system.

The website is showing a time change- the app isn't showing the reservation at all!!!

I DO have the email confirmation. Let's hope it fixes itself.

CG is not even open at 4:15, it's got to be a glitch.

I found my reservation was changed from 7:15 to 4:15!

1) WDW is trying to squeeze people with other ADR's into restaurants.
2) EXAMPLE:
. . . HDDR takes 2-credits per person
. . . HDDR is closed due to Irma damage
. . . HDDR guests are being squeezed into other eateries
3) Not saying this is the exact reason for YOUIR change, but it does make sense.

After a very long day of work and then a dentist appointment I logged onto MDE and the reservation is back to 7:15. Whew! Must have just been a glitch but doesn't Disney know how important these things are??? Don't freak me out like that
