MDE issue, Will Call, MB + Nov Trip

We have a Nov trip planned and did the DVC PAP renewal with a will call. When we did this my husband was told to link per the DVC rep and set it up so we would have MB for our Nov trip but take our ID and the will call # to activate them in Nov. Upon calling in we find there is an issue with IT and our account somehow, someway and I am clueless. We were just there in March for our 3rd trip using the MB but not the new AP ones. Somehow we have an issue with all three trips and all three sets and now MDE is also not showing my husband. There is also an account on the WDW side and the DVC side, do not know. :confused3 We were asked to call back Monday.

So with all the confusion and glitches I am even more lost. Heck, I was just concerned if we would even be able to book FP and have MB for Nov if we were not going to activate till there? Seems per DVC yes, can someone touch on this? Second, what the heck is IT smoking because it must be something so good because we are so confused with the issues. Anyone else have issues or something else I should be on the lookout for?

I bought a fl res ap and was able to link them to magic bands. When we arrived I had to go and get the physical tickets at will call and show ID. Then they became activated. We had no problems with them except DH couldn't get into MK one night? But they fix it for him.

You have til Sept before you need to link them so I'm sure the kinks will be worked out.

We will be there in Nov too, Have a good trip.
