I created an MDE account for my husband so he can help with FPs for the family and to up our chances of getting a PIN code but he is not getting any emails, I checked his Junk Folder and didn't see anything. All the info looks correct in MDE and I even re-entered his information and resaved and nothing. He will never call Disney tech support and I am not sure that I can call regarding his account. Any ideas?
