MDE glitch?

I'm looking at MDE wait times and Carousel of Progress has no wait time icon above it and no 'attraction is down' icon. So I went to Genie and it isn't listed there at all. Then I checked the park hours section and it isn't listed as being under refurb. It's like it just vanished! Does anyone know what this lack of info/indicaters mean?
