MDE & FP+ Has this happened to you?

So just bought our tickets and linked them for our August trip. FP+ day is the 25th of June. When I linked the passes the site told me I could make my FP+ selections 30 days before my arrival.

Thats a problem since I'm staying on property and its supposed to be 60 days. Called member services (DVC, bought passes through them) and spoke to a great CM who tried to fix it but couldn't. she spoje to her supervisor who said that it will work on my 60th day.

Now I'm a little less than confident to take this supervisor at her word so has anyone had this issue? Did it work on the 60th day or did you fix it in advance. Thanks.

You won't be able to see/book 60 days out until your 60th day. Seeing 30 days in advance is the norm until that date rolls around.

Sounds good. Got the same answer from Disney IT. Does the window open at midnight?

Yes it will open at midnight FL time

As others have said, you will be able to see your days when you hit the 60 day mark. This happened for us this past Wed. I did try at midnight but it wasn't up at that time and after waiting 20 mins. I gave up. Tried again at 5 in the morning and it worked perfectly and I had all our FPs done in 15 min.

You'd think they would have fixed this by now. I mean the system knows that you have an onsite reservation. :/

I've seen more complaints on this lately than anything else it seems.

And don't count on the system being available at midnight. I had a whole slew of weird messages including system down, I don't have any tickets linked, etc. I went to bed, woke up in the middle of the night at about 3:30am EST and same thing. Went to bed, woke up at 6:30am EST and was able to book my FP+. Almost every night there are threads of people freaking out that they can't get in at midnight, just expect it and be pleasantly surprised if you can get in.
