MDE FP+ error message

Is anyone else getting this error message right now when you log in?

"We're sorry. There was an issue locating your FastPass+ arrival window times. Please try again later or call (407) 939-4357 for assistance."

I'm hoping it's just a part of the website being down right now, eeek! :eek:
 
I am getting the same error message, and I am beginning to panic. I have heard such horror stories of guests FP being wiped out of MDE. I took a screen shot of my FP reservations when I made them, and I just hope that Disney will honor my FP times if anything should go wrong with the system:confused
 
It happened to me once & I was freaking! I hit refresh & they were still there. Try that or logging out & back in again...
 

I called the phone number and spoke with a representative. She said it was a computer glitch that is being serviced at this time. She assured me they were still there and even confirmed the times and rides I picked. Phew! :woohoo:
 
I'm getting the same error (on the computer), and the app is having technical difficulties too.

DON'T THEY KNOW WE HAVE TRIPS TO PLAN.

Haha, joking. I can wait. Really I can. *breathes into paper bag while twitching*
 
This has happened to me several times over the last couple of months. I end up calling the number, they do something on their end and then I am back up and running pretty quickly. :)

I am hoping it is just a glitch. This is so frustrating! I hope they fix it, I am getting scared.
 
It's just on that report they aren't showing. If you go thru the regular FP+ link and look at each day you have they are still showing.
 
Not only is MDE down, but the dining reservations (a separate system) is also down. It cannot find any table service restaurants.

This is the same case for me. And I was trying to look at dining as well and I keep getting the Stitch image and message that "Someone Ate the Page". I hope they get on this quick...today is my 45 days out so I'm hoping some will cancel some ADR's if they haven't paid yet. :) Their loss could be my gain!

I'm 49 days away, so I am also hoping for cancellations.
 
i'm hoping the whole site is down for a bit?
i'm trying to book our vacation, and yesterday i had no problem pulling everything up, but today i went to my cart and it said the resort is no longer available...then i went to re-do everything and i'm getting messages that the free dining is no longer available, and i'm getting no prices for any hotel....

now that we have the dates and everything set i just want to book it!
 
Seems like the whole website is having a meltdown right now - which IT is aware of when I called them this morning and they assured me I still had all my FPs under my account. I was able to see my trip billing info and dining reservations but not my FP this morning and now all that info is down. I wouldn't stress - it should be rectified by the end of the day hopefully!
 
Y'all think that is bad... try being on site and trying to check in when their entire system is down. That was bad. :furious: Couldn't check in, couldn't even use the dining plan to eat. Nothing was happening till it was back up

I have been trying to book a package for November allll day and it won't let me get past the list of resorts to choose from. So the whole WDW website must be down......
 
I had the same experience today. I've been trying to change a fast pass with no luck. After reading others posts I am feeling better knowing that it is a glitch. However, now I'm afraid that this will happen while on vacation. I will definitely be taking screen shots of all my reservation and printing them as well. Just can't take the chance that MDE will be down and we would be completely lost. Hopefully they would honor FP that way.
 
I am still getting that message. FP+s show on my "planning page" but not under reservations.
