MDE for Canadians

Hi,
fill me in on everything there is to know on My Disney Experience
Is it available for Canadians?
What are the good and or bad sides?
How do I use it, is it only on mobile device, I don't see anything when using my laptop.
Are Magic bands related to MDE?
We'll be there Sept 22th should we try to use it? Because once again we want to make the best trip ever!!!

I have the App downloaded on my IPad. The MDE app will give you info. About magicbands and fastpass+.

I booked my ADR's with it and its fantastic because it puts them into a calendar for you.
