MDE Down for anyone else?

Just checking, is anyone having issues logging in and seeing their plans? I booked our trip a few minutes ago, got the confirmation page then was immediately logged out. Now neither myself or fiance can log in.

Just odd that it happened right after week booked. I did speak with IT and they said they don't have any reports of an outage.
 
Sigh... so frustrating. of course today is also our 180 day window. I can reserve dining from the app but somethings have to be booked online. :worried:
It really is frustrating, isn't it? I feel like I fight with the app all the time.
 

For three days I haven't been able to see my plans on MDE. Though, I can see them on the app. It's very frustrating because I need to cancel a package reservation, and I'm too lazy to call.

Try Chrome incognito. I haven't had many problems with the website on my desktop, but when I do, I use the incognito mode or I use my Safari browser.
 
The MDE issues really need addressed. There is no excuse for a company of this stature to have these ongoing problems. I have a small company and we have a website where our products are listed and customers can make orders. I would NEVER accept these kinds of inconsistencies and glitches.

I'm finished venting now :)
 
My last day fastpasses have just disappeared yesterday. It states I have used my them all but doesn't show them on the app or the website.

I swear they do it, just so you have to ring them.
 
Surprisingly the app works better for me than the online site... at least for booking things. It does log out quite frequently though.
 
Many problems with MDE on the trip we just returned from Friday night. Constantly closing ap or MDE on the web, signing back in etc. Sometimes FP’s already used still showed up sometimes not. Sometimes only 1 FP displayed. Had to keep refreshing. The good thing is the FP’s were always actually there, just not displaying correctly about 50 percent of the time. Requires way more time looking at your phone. I took screen shots every time I changed or added a FP. Faster to look a photos on the phone than closing and opening MDE.

Seemed to me like many people were having same problems. Lots of folks on their phones so I was in good company. Had to go to guest services once at the studios for help.
