MDE Blank

We have a trip to WDW this summer and when I logged into my MDE account it appears basically blank. My profile information is correct but all the Friends and Family and Magic Band information is empty. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not?
I guess I can add our Family and Friends back in and probably the MB too? Has this happened to anyone else, if so how did you handle it?

I would recommend logging in to MDE online. Guessing you will see everything there.

Log in online and see if that looks right.

Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Is it possible you have more than one log on?
