I am trying to setup my blue digital membership card on the MDE, but every time I open up my MDE app on my iPhone and then try to tap on the menu, all I see is my name on the top third of my phone and nothing else....no menu or anything else...any one have any idea what's going on ? My next step is to delete my MDE app and try again.
 
My MDE app on iPhone is working fine and, when opened, goes to the page with group of options you can click on (e.g., Tip Board, Future Plans, Tickets and Passes, etc.) So you may need to contact MS.

When you say “tap on the menu,” do you mean the three “hamburger” lines in the lower right corner? If tapping those lines does not bring up a page with a number of options to tap on, including “Disney Magic Mobile,” then I agree with deleting the app and reloading it. If that doesn’t work, you need to call the Disney Website Support folks at (407) 939-4357.
