MDE app will not load Lightning Lane Passes area

I believe this glitch may have been discussed before but my DIS search turned up nothing.

When I go on to the MDE app on my iPhone, every section loads but the one that is titled Lightning Lane Passes. It tries to load and then gives me the same message repeatedly- "Something went wrong. We can't display available dates." I am leaving this weekend for WDW and have been successfully modifying my plans for the past few days.

Starting this afternoon, I am having problems. I've reloaded the app and turned my phone off and on. Those things did not work.

On my mac in MDE, I can still see my plans but you can't modify on computer.

Thanks for any possible solutions.

Could you provide more details on the steps your are using to see what you are calling the "Lightning Lane Passes" issue?

Example is it on the Main screen, the Upcoming Plans link to (My Day)?

On my Iphone-

I go the Disney MDE icon and click on it. I see my name and Mrs. Incredible(me).
It brings up the "page" that lists these sections-

Tickets and Passes Lightning Lane Passes


Reserve Dining Order Food


Merchandise Checkout Purposefully left blank by MDE



Underneath is the My Visit Section and more.

All sections were populated immediately since I signed up for my passes a few days ago. I have been able to modify my choices without a problem. This afternoon, the Lightning Lane Passes section has the little wheel going round and round and then the message listed in my first post.

Seems a lot of people are having glitches. Just give it a rest for a while. Disney may also be doing things behind the scenes right now that are not making certain features work. I'd just try again in the morning.

OK that is the "Main" Menu also referenced by many Guests as the Hamburger Page since on the bottom of all screens there is a shortcut to this page that is represented by 3 Horizontal lines stacked up ( lower right Icon on every page).

It is also not working for me either at the moment. It's back up please try again...

Now it is continually "tapping into phenomenal cosmic power" and then the dreaded, "something went wrong" message. Would you delete the whole app and start over?

I just want to say that I had never heard of the Hamburger Page. Thanks for clueing me in!
