MDE App Issue

Is anyone else having issues with the MDE app since the last update? It crashes on me every time. I downloaded the app again but it still does it. I hope there is a fix before our trip in a few weeks.
 
Well, not crashing, but it says I have 1,001,200 some odd new notifications. It increases every time I dismiss the one notification I have about magic bands.

I am not a fan of the recent update.
 
I can't login to mine on my iPhone. It says the password is incorrect but I can login on my iPad and access from the website with the password. Not sure why I can't get it to work on my phone.
 
I haven't been able to see most of my reservations. I can't see the total, make changes, and now it's flashing. I have had this problem for a week. I have 20 days before I can make fps and I hope all goes well. I have also submitted tickets 3 times
 

I can log in but as soon as I click on anything the whole app shuts down. Our trip is in 3 weeks and so far the app is completely unusable. I really hope they fix it soon.
 
I have made even notice on the website for several character meetings as meeting Russel and Tarzan and the don't show right in de mde app. Just the time and othing more. No description or title. When I open the notice the screen is only white ...
 
I'm also having issues with both my iPhone and iPad. It crashes despite many attempts to install.
 
I've had issues for the past 2 releases. The app crashes upon startup (I don't even get to the login screen, it just crashes right away), rendering it totally useless for me. Was excited to see this new release and downloaded it, but nope same thing, crashes.

I have a saved shortcut to the web browser and just use that to check on my FP's while at the parks.
 
I am unable to even try to download the MDE app to my phone. I have no problem using it on the computer.
 
Ordering Lunch for BOG. I though you used to be able to preorder your lunch for BOG on the app. When I try to do this now it is saying I need to go to Disneyworld.com. We are there twice last October (breakfast and lunch) and I thought I preordered from the app. Anyone else having trouble

Yes, had to do it from website.
 
Same issue here. iPhone 6 and MDE crashes as soon as I log in. Same on wife's phone. My son is able to use his though. (He is not linked to our MDE so not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.)

I uninstalled and re-installed and still same thing. Frustrating. We leave in 2 weeks.
 
I have an iphone 4S and I'm not having any issues. I don't particularly like change but this app seems to work fine. I was playing with it earlier and like the fact that all your info is easily accessable, much better than before. I'm not at the point of getting fps yet but the dining worked well.
Now if they could manage to fix my MDE account I'll feel much better.
 
Look at the pictures. Nothing shows up in de reminder after the first one.

Yes it's very frustrating. I'm going to have my DS and DDIL check their iPhones before they leave because they have iPhone 7. I think mine is just so old it doesn't have the bells and whistles that might cause a conflict with the app.
 
iPhone 5S and not having any technical issues with the app. Usability issues, on the other hand...

If deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't work for you, I haven't seen any other solution to trump that. Outside of maybe restarting your phone.
