MDE App crashing

Hi,
My DW and myself are here at the moment and hve been using the MDE app every day without issue on both of our iphones all week, yesterday 09/11 my partner tried to log in and the App just keeps shutting down as soon as she logs in, I tried and my phone is the same, logs me in then just shuts down! We have tried removing the app / resetting the phone and even changed the phone region the the US as suggested by a CM at guest service but the App just refuses to open now!!! Can’t be a phone issue as its both of our phones so must be an account ossue I assume?
Is anybody else having issues at the moment?

Sorry you’re having these issues. It is working right now on my phone (IPhone 13 with iOS 16.6.1).

I hear ya! I’m here now and had the same issues with the app yesterday… seems ok at the moment but the day is young LOL
