MDE app and Website

I have reservations at CBR which are room only for October of this year. We bought tickets to the parks through the Disney Youth Performance program. Everything is showing up fine on the website version of MDE, including the ADR's I've already made and the rest of the family's resort reservations and tickets. However, when I go to my iPhone app it is not showing that I have any reservations at all and the rest of my extended family is not on my friends list either. I want to make sure I am able to use the app when it comes time to do the FP+ times since I don't think I'll be at home to get on the desktop. If it makes any difference, I used the app June 2015 and didn't have any problems. I've already deleted the app from the phone a few times and re-installed it thinking that would solve it and I'm still not showing anything. Will all of this show up at the 60 day mark for FP+? Any suggestions or should I contact Disney about it?

You can check and make sure you have all the latest for your phone, not the app. If that doesn't help, then call Disney.

It sounds as if you may have more than one account. If you've ever joined any Disney related site, you may have more than one login ID.

Hmm, phone is up to date, the login is exactly the same I used as last year and I haven't joined any other Disney sites that I remember. I did change the password on the website, but the password I changed it to works for getting into the phone app too. Sounds like I will be calling Disney. Thanks though hiroMYhero!

I have the same issue for a 2017 trip. I can see my park tickets but not my room. I called Disney and they recommended a reinstall. I emailed Disney and they said the room would appear in 2017. Not sure if this helps you or not. I think a call would be good. They may be able to issue a tech support request.
