MDE APP and ticket question

Hi all! Our trip is less than 2 weeks and I have a question about the MDE app.
I have been making reservations park/dining both thru the app and MDE on my computer online. Everything I do shows up fine on both.
I purchased park tix thru UC. I linked them on the MDE on my computer, and make a few park reservations.
I went to make the rest of my park reservation on the APP, I hit the "+" sign (at the bottom tool bar), went to "Make a park reservation" and it just brings up the page to purchase tix. (my tix are not there) Is that not the right place to do it?
I discovered that if I hit the "3 bars" at the bottom of the tool bar and go to Tix and Passes they are all there.
Why can't I make a park reservation? Did I do something wrong?
I'm really worried that on my first day at 7am I'm going to try to buy G+ and it'll tell me that I don't have the park tix to do it!

Unfortunately the app and the website don't always read right -- sometimes one does not the other. If you still need to add park reservations for any dates, I suggest doing it through whichever is currently showing the tickets (sounds like the website at this time). Then keep checking the app. It should all sync eventually.

Are you sure it's telling you to purchase tickets?

Guests with tickets make reservations separately from AP holders. So when you go to make a reservation on the app, you should click "Theme Park Tickets" because that is what you have. It isn't actually saying you need to purchase them. The link will open a web browser to make the reservations.

The app always takes you to the WDW website on your internet browser anyway, so using the app for park reservations isn't really necessary.

I too had an issue trying to change my AP park reservations yesterday. I either got a stitch “ate the page error” when I tried to bring up the reservation from the my plans page, or I got “this action cannot be completed at this time” error when I went in from the make a park reservation page.

Came here to see if others had issues. Was prepared to be calling today but I got up early and tried again. Same errors but the page was very slow to load them. Tried once more about half an hour ago and my cancellation took after a 5 second wait. Was able to rebook park I wanted without any problem. Next cancellation and rebook went smooth.

Interestingly, the two I changed now have a modify button along with the cancel button on the park reservation page. Perhaps they are trying to make things smoother
