MDE and DVC AP problem/question

I am hoping this is nothing to worry about but I have been looking a little more at MDE since my trip is about a month away.

I bought a new DVC AP on my last trip in April and was given the new card. They just wrote my name on it an expiration date 4/30/14 in marker. I used it without problems and I added it to my MDE after returning. I have seen that on my page it says Annual Pass- DVC under tickets but today I decided to click on the view details tab and it popped up as an expired ticket. Says this ticket expired Fridday 6/29/12 ?? My last annual pass did expire last June, but it's date is 6/6/12. I never had that pass on MDE?? In the band/card section it does show my card # but thats all. I have tried call the 407-939-5277 number but keep getting all circuits busy. Is there another number I can call?
I don't really care too much about MDE at this time as we don't even have any ADR's, but am more concerned about my pass. I think I have the receipt but don't want to search for it if not needed. Should I be worried about my pass being correct?

Anyone else have issues like this?
 
I just checked mine, that I linked to MDE a few months ago. It shows it as an active card.

I would give them a call to find out why it is showing that. Is there an option to activate it.

As long as you have the card with the expiration date on it, I am sure it can be fixed.

Did you renew the old pass? If you renewed, it would expire in June.
