MCO>Universal or WL>Disney Port>MCO

I've done some research, but there are so many options I'm hoping to narrow it down a bit. Any suggestions for the following?:

Just Hubby and I are flying into MCO and spending a few days at Portofino or WL (which is TBD) in early 2023. Then going to cruise on Fantasy and then back to MCO.

We don't want to rent a car. Willing to do anything reliable and easy within a reasonable price difference to the below. Want to make this as easy as possible as I will be 4 mos post surgery and don't want to make multiple changes. (e.g. Uber from Portofino to Disney to then take Disney transport to port is not something we want to do.)

If we do WL, I know we can do Mears and then Disney transports. If we do Portofino, I know we can do Uber to hotel and then to port and then Disney transports back to MCO. Any other suggestions.

We've used Tiffany Towncar the past couple of times we've visited WDW for a ride from MCO to our Disney resort and then from the Disney resort to MCO at the end of the trip. They are always on time and friendly.
