MCO to SSR w/grocery stop ?

Friend will be renting a car at MCO and would like direction's to SSR. Also needs a grocery stop along the way. Publix would be ok. I'm directionally challenged so i'm no help . Susan

There's a winn dixie along the way that we usually use. We've also stopped at teh Costco. If you can get the addresses, you can just mapquest it.
