Sorry about all the abbreviations!
Arrived into MCO last night on the BA flight en route to the BWV, landing about 6:30 pm.
This terminal is new to us and they have changed the sequence so you collect your luggage before immigration. Waited by the carousel for about half an hour before the bags started to come through.
First time using the app for immigration. We were directed to queue B which had roughly eight people in front of us. Meanwhile we could see the regular queue snaked back and forth with hundreds of people as usual.
After ten minutes we were directed to a very pleasant CBP officer, photos and fingerprints taken and on our way in short order.
Paused to order an Uber (two OAPs down with the cool kids!) waited five minutes then on our way.
Much smoother journey than expected.
Quiet day planned today, waiting for our grandsons to arrive this evening (oh, and their parents!). Sitting looking out towards the Yacht and Beach clubs.
Great to be back.
