McMonkey McBean Riding Machines finally opening next year!

IOA was built around two Zax?

One day, making tracks
In the prairie of Prax,
Came a North-Going Zax
And a South -Going Zax.

Then basically, these two stubborn Zaxes, (Zaxi? Zaxs?), refused to give way so eventually they built a road over them. Mafia connections there somewhere.

It's not the mafia - it's those darn star belly sneetches.

then let's act like a decent american union. kill the Zaxx, bury the bodies and GIVE ME BACK MY SCREEN NAME! the 'suess sky coaster' isn't a morally acceptable name for this ride. it's been McBean forever.

On the "showcase all of IofA" and "the two Zax" questions, sorry, wish I'd asked more questions when I had the chance! My impression was the ride was going to somehow show off parts of the park. He mentioned that some of the track goes close to and over part of the water, so maybe he meant the cars would have a speaker system describing the sights? On the Zax, yes of course it's a reference to the Dr Suess story. The Zax WERE in place when they originally built the park, according to my source, but I've no idea where, I've never seen them. Anyone else have an idea? I remember the guy seemed pretty excited about having the Zax viewable by the public soon.
When we were there last, we did try to follow the tracks as much as possible. The green eggs and ham snack bar was closed, and we were able to go to the back of the outdoor dining area near it and lean back around the barrier to have a peek. I'm thinking there might also be a good long-distance view from behind Mythos in the lost Continent area.
The tracks enter/exit the pavillion behind Circus-McGirkus at four points, but it's unclear whether the new ride will have two parallel tracks or one very long track.
