Ok guys don't laugh at me. Is that the only Mcdonalds near the resorts.I want to stay at CBr,but we have always done McDonalds for breakfast. It is cheaper than the food court and we get in and out real quick. My family won't eat in the rooms they have to have hot food. I'm not sure of the price of breakfast food at the CBR. We usually spend 10-15 dollars at McDonalds in the morning.Do you think we get away with that price at the resort restaurant?

I dont know that you could spend that little in the food court for hot breakfasts. But there is a McDonalds at Downtown Disney.

You don't say what your family make up is and how much you usually eat at McD's. WDW Mc D's prices are higher than outside WDW, personally if you're going that far you might as well keep driving, when you get to 192, turn right, there's a Mc D's not too far down the road (less thana miles) that will be much cheaper.

Well their is 4 of us.This year my son will be there and he's a pig.I don't want to drive to McDonalds if you think we could get cheap food at the food court.Right now we are booked at the sports but want to change to Cbr.I'm just worried about not getting the cheap breakfast.

You actually can't walk to McDonalds from any of the All-stars. There are no sidewalks leading to/from any of the All-Stars to the McDonald's, and I have read posts of people being told by Disney Security that it's prohibited to walk on that road due to no sidewalks. So, you'll have to drive anywhere you'll stay. Also, the MCDonald's on Disney property are MUCH more expensive than the ones here at home. We ate lunch at the DTD location, and we spent over $20 for two happy meals and two double cheeseburger value meals(those were more than $6 a piece!!). This indicates that your $15 total you're used to seeing will probably be around $20 at least. Any food court breakfast for 4 will probably run $20 - $25. Most of the hot breakfast platters run $5 - $6. Also, there is an additional charge for milk and OJ, if you want that as well. You'll also get MUCH more food than you'd get at McDonald's and much more variety, and in my opinion, much better food.

Breakfast at the AS food court is going to cost the same as breakfast at the CBR food court. Either way, hot breakfast for four is going to be at LEAST $20 at the food court, probably more like $30 if you son eats a lot.

Yes there is sidewalks from the All Stars to McD's (at least last October).
I crossed the parking lot at ASp to get to the street.. Followed the side walk past the securty booth to the traffic lights. Crossed over both steets over to McD's. I think part of the sidewalk is shared by tge the golf carts that are used by the cleaning staff. It looks like the employee parking lot is accross the street from McD's.
Also from McD's I was able to walk via sidewalk over to Blizzard Beach. Cross across the parking lot to get to entrance. Just have to be carefull about the cars exiting the freeway(underpass) as you are passing the off ramps.

The food court at the all stars has excellent breakfast...anything you can want. I don't think you will spend anymore than you would if you go to McDonalds...and it is more convenient. Opens early.

If you have a car and staying at All Stars then going to McDonald's for breakfast is an option. If you don't have a car walking just ISN'T safe in that area, there are not proper walkways, there's always major traffic, and that's why Disney security frowns upon it. Also, as mentioned the prices at the McDonald's at WDW are higher than you'd pay at home so you won't be saving much at all vs. the food court. Even with a growing son who's a big eater you will be surprised at how large the portions at the food courts are and if you buy refillable mugs you will be surprised as to how fast they are paid for by having unlimited refills during your stay.

Hi Sorry , but that is the ickist mcdonald's !!! our breakfast there was HORRID in Dec ( 2002 ) it was cold and they didn't do my DD sandwich right and tried to make us pay for it a second time even though on the slip it was right . Never again.. eat at the CBR

The prices at the CBR aren't that bad. We stayed there last summer and there are 4 of us and we had a very reasonable priced breakfast. The food there is very good and I agree with the other posters that McDonalds is very expensive in WDW.
