Ick! :crazy2:

I have nothing against McDonalds, but that's the last thing I want to eat when at Disney. I can get a Big Mac any day of the year. With all the different places to eat on vacation at Disney, why go to McDonalds?

Sometimes you get tired of all the "new" food and you just want something "normal".

Amen to that.

LOL!!! I agree, believe me, but my kids would think they were in heaven if they got McDonalds while at Disney! It is a good use of a CS credit though!

I don't want McDs while at Disney, but my kiddos would ::yes::

We're planning on countering our way around the World Showcase, so if the kids don't like the samples from there we know they can fill up with that.

Thanks :goodvibes:

Walked by Sat. and saw the dining plan sign marked next to the fries and drinks only. Didn't think the chicken nuggets were on the plan? Should of lined up and asked. My kid's would have liked that over the nasty burger and fries from Tangerine Cafe.

if it comes to either the NEW kids meal or mc ds my kids would take mc ds anyday..... :cool1: they hardly ever get that at home anyway..i cook. but i was worried what they would eat at cs for lunch...we will do buffets at ts to avoid kids meals...i am not going to eat a big juicy steak and cheesecake while my kids eat carrot stix and cold chicken fingers and unsweet applesauce...

MY DD swears this is the best McDonalds in the whole world, she said the fries are the best:) I am sure it has to do with her first trip to Epcot on her 5th bday, she had fries from there on our way to ride Test Track, it has become tradition for the kids to get Fries and Chicken here :confused3

This really depresses me. McDonalds is the spawn of the devil. Once in a blue moon is fine but WAY too many people (especially kids) eat this stuff all the time. My neice & nephew are making their first trip to the World in Feb and I am scheduling them. I am keeping him away from McDonalds because he needs to eat REAL food. I love my sister but.......

Its late, need to get to bed and let myself calm down but WHY does Mickey D's have to go into EVERY park.

Where else is the McDonalds in the other parks? I didn't even know they had that one until the other day. Well, I knew you could get fries at a few places.

After watching the documentary "Super Size" me about 12 months ago I have not so much as put a fry in my mouth much less give it to my child. I wont eat something that does not grow mold or decompose outside of the body; its not natural for food (especially bread, meat and fries) to take an extremely significant time to decompose even with added perservativies. I dont know what they put in the stuff but the fries stay golden yellow even after weeks!

Because when you've got a youngin' that turns up their cute little nose at anything that isn't familiar, a small piece of home is ambrosia. A hungy cranky kid will totally ruin your day, feed them something they will eat, have something that makes you happy and enjoy your day.

I hope they're on the DDP when I take my kids. Even though mine are older, it will make for a good snack to tide them over until dinner as we eat really late when we're on vacation. Lunch @ 1, snack @ 5, dinner @9.

 There are healthy choices at most fast food places, you just have to order accordingly and avoid the stuff that you don't want. Last time I checked, nobody makes you buy fries or coke with your meal or put the sauces and cheese on, etc. For breakfast I sometimes order coffee and a plain english muffin. Thank you Satan.

Thanks OP, for info related to the DDP. :)

i have eaten at mcdonalds since i was a child....not everyday, every so often and my kids will have it maybe one time a month....no one makes you eat there....i am a healthy adult...just had physical ...5"6 110 pds...and sometimes i just want a cheeseburger and fries from mcdonalds..if i want that at wdw then i am glad it is there, also to some kids (like ours) it is a treat and would love to be able to get it at wdw.

Excellent, glad to know that in case we need some chicken nuggets and fries!!

Epcot--Just before Canada when coming from Mexico.
MK--just a fry cart between Adventureland and Frontierland
AK--Donald's breakfastasaurus changes over to a very big McD's for lunch until closing
DTD-- Marketplace behind the Lego store

Thanks! With the dreadful new kids menus taking over WDW, it's good to know there's some food my DS will actually eat some places.
