Any recent reviews? I'd love to go and take advantage of their happy hour one evening of our upcoming trip. Do they allow underage patrons into the bar area? Not at the bar, but a table in the bar area? TIA

Good question, I'd also like to know the answer to this. Sounds like their happy hour has some great deals. Also, can you wear shorts and flip flops to this happy hour? That's what we will be wearing for our next trip.

I would say yes, but it's not as children friendly as most places in the area, so keep that in mind. Also if you intention is getting in on the cheap happy hour food, :thumbsup2, they have the 1/2 lb cheeseburger for $3, but the children menu has a $5 cheeseburger that is geared to kids.

Around DLR that is pretty common, I wouldn't worry about that.

I can tell you that the one here is a no underage bar area and that typically things like this are carried throughout the company in my experience. However, if no one has a definitive answer, a quick call would probably work!

We had a great dinner there, our kids are 6, 9 and 11. They had a good kids menu, actually got the kids meals quickly as they were hungry and were very accommodating. We ate in the restaurant, but you could also sit at a table in the bar area or on the patio if the weather is nice. It was the same price there for dinner with salads and dessert as we spent for lunch and Blue Bayou, and the meal was many steps above!!

Never been to the one near DLR, but we go to the one outside of Detroit all the time. We LOVE their food!

Because of another thread, I actually sent an email asking this exact question to the Anaheim restaurant. I also asked if the minimum beverage requirement had to be just alcohol for the adult in the party (because I don't drink). Here is the reply I got:

Yes, those under 21 can sit at the tables in the bar, but not at the bar
itself(according to CA law). The beverage minimum can be non-alcoholic,
it is not required to be an alcohol drink. The Happy hours are Monday
thru Friday 3pm to 6pm and 9:30pm to close. Hope you enjoy your stay in
Anaheim. Let me know if you have any other questions

So....we'll be there one evening the first week of May to check it out. The food sounds yummy and the prices will feel so good after Disney, lol. Plus it's literally across the street from our hotel, yipee!

Thank you! That is the answer I was hoping for. I'm thinking dinner the night of our arrival on the 12th. Since we are staying at the Ramada Maingate its super convenient and a beverage or two for DH after driving is always a good idea.:rolleyes1

Don't forget to order a M&S gift card from cardpool.com. You can get a $100 gift card for $85. Where else can you make 15% on your money? No expiration and free shipping. They also have Cheesecake Factory gift cards at 9% savings.

Can you explain how you got 15%? Is there a coupon code for the extra? I'm only seeing 12% listed, which is still good, but if there is a code I need to take it up to 15%, well, I'd prefer that, lol.

Also...do you know how long it takes to receive the card? We leave in 3 weeks so I don't want to bother to order if that's not going to arrive in time.

Thanks!
