Is anyone else here on using the Mayo Clinic diet (the real one, not the fad ones with grapefruit)? I would love to hear from anyone else who is following this plan.
DH and I really need to get into more healthy eating habits and needed a plan with some guidance but that wasn't too restrictive. Many of our co-workers are on atkins or south beach, however those carb limitations are something we just don't think will realistically work for us. We need something for the long haul and not really just a diet. We are only 2 days into it and so far the hardest part is the no extra sugar for the first 2 weeks.
