Maybe the wrong board to ask, but how much does it cost

to have digital pics put on a cd at WDW?

We're taking our new digital and 2 256MB memory cards, we can get 192 pics each on them, and I'm taking the 35mm camera and 4 rolls of film, but if, just IF, I happen to run out, how much is it to have one card worth put on a cd?

It's around $12-15 dollars. You can have them sent out or you can use the do-it-yourself machine to upload your photos. In August, there was a line to use the machine and it was taking each person one hour to upload.

We went off-site to Walgreens and had a CD burned in one hour for $2.99.

just a FYI: Someone wrote on a prev. thread about a year ago that they did that at WDW and came home with a EMPTY CD just make sure its on the CD before deleting.

Keep in mind, I believe the standard cd is only 80 MG. So, it won't be one card to one cd.

I emailed Disney with this question before finding these boards, and before deciding to bring the laptop. It's $12.95, I think they said, but it's only for 100 pictures. DH was persuaded to bring the laptop. Now I just have to figure out how to hook the laptop up to the main computer (never done that) so I can transfer them all over again.)
