There is an entire clique of them here and god forbid you have a differing opinion. They will come at you over and over and over again.

I've noticed this as well.

I've seen "those people" around the DIS. Sometimes, they make for great enjoyment.

I, too, have a friend who does this all of the time. We even take bets (no money) on how long she can wait before interrupting to tell her story, which will be so much more entertaining than your old broken down boring story. She's even been known to use one of your life experiences and make it her own with her own embellishments. After all, her life is so much more colorful than yours. Yes, her husband is better, knows more and does more than yours. Her children are brilliant and are the best children ever. Just check her Facebook page and you'll see.

I have learned to stop listening to her when she says, "Oh my gosh y'all. Listen to what happened to me."
