Maybe I'm just spoiled or lucky, but....

I have now been on hold with MS for 20 minutes to change a reservation. Except for the day Be Our Guest reservations opened and I held for 45 minutes but was able to get through with MS, I have never held AT ALL. I'm doing the count out on 7 and 11 months, can't figure out why today would be a wait

Maybe I usually call at a different time of day, who knows....
