Just wondering if anyone has been to Maya Grill since they switched to the new menu a few weeks ago. They used to have vegetarian enchiladas on the old menu with squash/zucchini in tortillas with enchilada sauce... Does anyone know if they will still make those off-menu? Or is there something else they offer instead since there are now no meatless entrees on the menu?
Hoping someone will have some insight for me! We had been planning to eat there one night since we're staying a CSR, but I don't want to make (waste?) the ADR if I'm going to be stuck eating nothing more than a bowl of lettuce!
