Hi
It may look like we will go back and visit( early may 1st week ) ( birthday gift ) I'm wondering will we see parades ..fireworks ?? that time of year ??
what about world of color do we really have to book it online ( where do I book it ? how far in advance can I book it ? how much ??

Parades are daily in DL. In DCA maybe not.

Fireworks and F! is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the least. If it is slightly busy they may have some weekday shows too. That time of year it is noticeably busier on the weekend.

WoC is so far daily. Just to be clear you do not get a VIP ticket for getting a dinner. but you do need a FP for the designated viewing area.

You can get a WoC FP in the morning at the FP distribution near Grizzly River Rapids.

You can preorder a picnic online and get a Yellow or Blue Section FP. You can do this upto a month before your show.

You can buy a picnic the same day if there are multiple shows on that day. Again for off season it may need to be a weekend for this. This will get you a blue ticket for the second show.

Finally you can do a dinner package and get a ticket to the Preffered Dining section which is between the Blue and Yellow FPs sections. You reserve these by calling Disney Dining (704) 781-3463. You can dine on a special menu at Ariels Grotto or Wine Country Trattoria. You can do this upto 60 days before you show night.
