I just weighed in this morning and am down .6. Of course more would have been great, but the tortoise wins the race right?
I have lost 1 lb.......
That means I've lost 4.2 in May and that exceeds my monthly goal. I guess I'm changing my goal to 6 lbs
. I did make a couple of changes. I realized I'm leaving for my trip in about 4 weeks and needed to get serious so my clothes are loose enough to accomodate the Disney Dining Plan
I was pretty good about food and eliminated those pesky carb loaded snacks. I think what made the real difference was I exercised 5 days instead of just 3. I'm definitely going to keep that up

Woo hoo - that is great accomplishment. Way to go!
I just keep trying to make sure the trend is downward not upward and figure eventually I'll get there.
You guys are doing great! RangerPooh, just keep plugging along sometimes things don't go well, but we are behing you for support.
