My points reload in April 09 but I want to book at trip for May 09. I don't have any points right now. Can try make my reservation now knowing that the points will reload?

I want to have a 2 br at OKW for three days and then when Mom leaves go down to 1 br and close off and lock the extra. Can they do that?

into next year. We are also going in May and don't have points reloaded until Feb./09 and have already booked our vacation.

You do not have to borrow since your vacation is after your 2009 UY month’s points become available. If you look on line at your account you will see that your 2009 points are already there (as are your 2010 and 2011). You just have to use them on a date when they are available. Your 2009 points are good for any reservation booked from 4/1/09-3/31/10. This is all without banking or borrowing unless the number of 2009 points you have is inadequate.

You don't have to wait for your points to "reload" at the beginning of your Use Year. You can always reserve 11 months ahead of travel for your home resort, and 7 months ahead for other DVC resorts. The reservation date determines which Use Year the points are deducted from.

Bookwormde explained this very well. We too have an April UY and travel commonly every May to WDW . . . and we NEVER borrow to do it.
