May the Force be with who? A May 2013 PTR

DOUBLE DIGIT DANCE BABY!!!!!

99 to go: I want to see Mary Poppins.

Bear with me for a bit, I loaded most of my wishes early so the kids and DH's will be towards the end.

Double digits!

Yeah, Baby!! :cool1:

And here's to eating double digit Mickey bars.

Don't tempt me! I could EASILY put down a couple bars/day on our trip...

:scratchin:

Day 97: Get a Dole Whip.

After DS read it, he asked what it was. I said, "Do you remember the pineapple ice cream we ate while waiting for the parade?"

He said, "Yeah, did I like it?"

I said, "Well yeah, you ate all of yours and half of mine!"

He then replied, "I'm going to do that again!"

Going off of Lilfoot's TR, we signed the kids up for swim lessons.

Do I expect them to be taught by May? No way.

BUT, I'd rather them have a better understanding than what they do now.

We got out of the habit of going to lessons (I HATE the Y swim lessons during the summer), plus DD was fighting us about going so we stopped. And once you stop going, they don't post when the next sign ups are...

I know we'll have to get floaties for the kids this time around. I know the pools have life vests and we could get pool noodles, but we haven't had any luck getting the vests when we've gone as a family (in slow season) so I'm not banking on there being any this time either.

I was also perusing the first aid aisle tonight, looking at prices on Neo to Go, bandaids, etc.

I had planned on getting some alcohol swab packets and the Neo to Go, but I looked further down the aisle and noticed that Neosporin has a new product that is a spray. From what I read, it's supposed to replace alcohol by spraying the product on an open wound and it's supposed to clean out the wound (it's supposed to foam like alcohol) without the sting.

Has anyone had any experience with the stuff?

That bottle would be cheaper than buying the alcohol swaps and Neo to Go. DH thinks it's worth a shot (after lecturing me for the purpose of buying first aid supplies

but anyway....) since Neosporin is a trusted brand.

Thoughts?

I have used that! It is super handy. The one I got was a smaller size, and it came with a clip that I hung on our backpack. Makes cleaning/dressing a cut/scrape super easy! I should probably get some now that I think of it! :)

I hope swim lessons go well! Trevor was scared of the water until he was about 4. Then something clicked and he is now getting the hang of it and enjoys going. Hopefully that will happen with you too!

They should. DS loves the water. It's DD that I'm worried about. She's tall enough to touch and keep her head well out of the water. Hopefully she'll be more cooperative!

Okay, so we missed last night because I had Zumba and then I had a photo assignment. By the time I got home from Zumba at 5p, MIL had already picked up DD for the night. (She's stays there once a week.) So we didn't pull a link.

So, to catch us up (and we're still in most ALL of my links):

Day 96 - I want to ride Spaceship Earth

and

Day 95 - I'd like to see Jasmine (my second favorite princess)

I had no idea you liked Jasmine that much, I feel like I don't know you at all!! ::runs to corner to cry::

2. Jasmine
3. Rapunzel
4. Mulan
5. Cinderella
6. Tiana
7. Belle
