i'm sorry, i must be confused...so for 5/04, will they be shutting down MK or one of the universal parks?? Or are they just using the universal hotels & that's how universal has been affected? thanks.

Sorry, they are shutting down Universal only, not MK this year as in the past.
Conventioneers have the choice of several hotels, some off site, some at Universal and some at WDW (AKL, CR and YC). Those attending the convention decide where they wish to stay. Many travel with their families.
Therefore, no WDW parks will be closed for this event. Only Universal, and that will likely not occur until after normal park closing.
