May rates

Does anyone know what the May rates may be - do they go up compared to April rates or do they go down. Particularly the rates for Florida residents. I've gotten spoiled by the $49.00 rates recently but would really like to make a short trip in May! Thanks!!

we stayed at CSR last may for $84 per night AP rate.

They should be lower than April since most of April is peak season, May is regular season.

I believe the rates reduce to regular season (from Peak)
starting on April 27th this year. I am also waiting for
"anyone" of Canadian rates/codes.
