May Itinerary - Good as is or avoid EMH?

I went through a lot of scenarios and I think I came up with one that will work - finally. I do have 3 parks on EMH days - two are evening and one has morning and evening. I know UG says to avoid parks on these days but I was thinking the evenings may not be that bad.

Here it goes:

Mon, May 16
Arrival at MCO at 12:30 PM
MGM Studios - dinner, stay for Fantasmic!

Tues, May 17
Animal Kingdom - arrive at opening, stay all day. This is evening EMH day but may not be there that long. (Friends we know said they did stay at AK from when it opened to it closed, so we will plan to be there all day).
Downtown Disney and DisneyQuest

Wed, May 18
Blizzard Beach
Magic Kingdom in evening staying for evening EMH, seeing Wishes

Thurs, May 19
Epcot - originally there was only evening EMH, but Disney recently added morning EMH. I am not sure if I'll make it up there at 8AM for the morning though. Plan to do Epcot all day and stay late for Illuminations.

Fri, May 20
Islands of Adventure (DH really wants to go so it's our Disney break and his treat)
Try to hit Magic Kingdom in evening to see SpectroMagic Parade

Sat, May 21
Spend time a park we wish to revisit (only if needed, but possbily MGM)
Typhoon Lagoon
Pleasure Island later in the evening

Sun, May 22
Probably will not have time in morning to revisit a park, so may walk around DTD
Depature in afternoon (will have to be at airport around 2:30)

Looks good to me! We'll be there at the same time. We'll also be at MK on Wed. night. My sister's rehearsal dinner is at Ohana that night, followed by a Wishes cruise, then on to the MK! Thurs. is the wedding, so no parks that day, Fri. her new husband and my dh will be diving in the tank at the Living Seas at 4pm. Sat. we'll be at MGM, Sun. TL to try out Crush n' Gusher! Maybe we'll see you guys there!
