may I ask for help in planning how to purchase our US/IoA tickets?

I am confused about the logistics of picking up 3 different sets of tickets. :) Here is what we will be buying for the 13 of us:

6 - Comcast employee tickets. We have a voucher from Comcast and then we need to take it to Guest Services (not Will Call) because we need to redeem the voucher, and THEN upgrade to 2-day park hoppers I think we get an $89 credit toward whatever we wish to upgrade to. (This is how I understand it?)

6 - "regular" tickets. I would like to buy them online to save $20/ticket over gate prices. I will do this!

1 - annual pass ticket. I am getting the APH (mid-level) ticket in order to get a discount on 2 nights at PBH.

My question is for each of these... can I do any (or all!) of these the night *before* our first park entry? Actually - the APH, definitely! But the Comcast or online tickets? Our first day is IoA and I would love to ensure that we all get over to WWOHP at 8am, as planned.

If I cannot take care of everything the night before first park entry, then would anyone have a plan of attack for the Comcast and online tickets? I have never been to Universal - it is all new to me. I want to get everything *right* because 13 people are counting on me (pressure, but I love it!) :)

Thanks for any help you can give!

If you order tickets and the AP online, you can pick those all up at the ticket kiosk in the hotel lobby.

For the Comcast ticket, you'll have to go to a guest services booth at the park or Citywalk to do this. So it all depends on what time guest services is open until. Not sure what time you mean by the night before or how long the parks are open when you go.

Thanks Damo!

I guess my main concern is this: I don't want to risk there being a "snafu" or a long line (or any kind of holdup!) on the morning that we want to enter IoA. I want to get all of the ticket pickups and upgrades done the afternoon/evening *before* we first use the tickets (ie: arriving Saturday... want to do all ticket related stuff this afternon, say at 5pm, and then enter the park on the next day - Sunday - with all tickets ready to go).

Thanks again,

Shouldn't be a problem if you are there before the parks close. There are guest services outside both parks.

Oh good! I was hoping that we could get all ticket items squared away ahead of time - I was worried that we could only do these things on the day OF our first use of the tickets! So nice to know I can get it all done on Saturday, and then sleep well that night before our first venture into the parks the next day.

Thanks again :)
