5k run this morning (muggy!) Ran 3 miles yesterday as well, with some dog walking in between and since last update.

I missed a day or so because I was sick. :sick: We've cancelled our long weekend trip to the in-laws so we don't get them sick. That's bad, but the good part is that now I can get more minutes in than I would have! :goodvibes

An early morning run and some evening tennis.

In-between I rode from Maine to Mass. to watch the hubby do his first openwater swim of the season. I admire swimmers, even if I think they're a bit crazy. It must have been cold in that water today.
