May Exercise Thread--Keep on moving toward summer!

This past week kicked my butt. Last night I went to bed at 8 and didn't get up until 7:30. (I think I got a wee bit tired.)

Hmmm. I am not on track for the month. :hourglass And glancing at the calendar and doing some math in my head I can see I need to bump things up quite a bit! I was going to make DS mow the back lawn, but maybe I'll do it! :cool2:
 

Adding 60 minutes at the gym, mostly treadmill and machines, and 30 minutes walking since last posting.
