Oh my! Not sure if I can offer much of a "life raft", but I can certainly reach a hand out and try to help keep you from going under again!
Try to think back to how you were feeling when you first joined WW. I'll bet you were feeling fat, but motivated.... icky, but inspired. You've had some great success, losing 30 pounds, so that fat, icky feeling is probably gone. But you need to continue to feel motivated and inspired.
My first suggestion would be to get yourself to a meeting, ASAP. Do the weigh in, get the bad news, bite the bullet, face the music... all that stuff! And move forward from there. Stay for the meeting. Listen, take notes if you want, share your frustration with the others there. Chances are someone in the room has been where you are and can help. Stay for the end of the meeting and get a refresher on how to work the points system.
Go to another meeting... go to a meeting everyday this week if you can! You're weekly payment entitles you to attend meetings all week if you want.
Clean out the pantry and fridge. Toss the tempting junk (or at least have someone else in the family hide it). Stock up on fruit, veggies, water, and other healthy foods. Pull out some favorite WW/low cal recipes or find some new recipes. Plan your dinner for every night this week, right down to the side dishes and beverages.
Read some of your old food journals and make note of what you were eating during the "good" weeks. Be inspired to repeat some of those weeks.
Find a like-minded friend... either IRL or here on the Dis. Perhaps you could introduce yourself to someone at your WW meeting. If it is a real life friend, make a date to go for a walk or play tennis... or even just meet for iced coffees (with skim milk and Splenda, of course

) and browse the mall.... but talk about your goals on WW and how you can help each other succeed. Make an agreement to stay in touch.... either through FB, email, txt messages, to help keep each other on track.
Head to your local library and check out a few copies of WW magazine and perhaps a few other healthy living magazines like Prevention, Women's Health, etc. Read and get inspired. You could also do some reading online, like the message boards at the WW website.
Try a new exercise..... you mentioned you have a Y membership. Stop in and pick up a schedule of summer classes and try something new! Most classes are rated for beginners, intermediate, or advanced, so you will know if it is the right class for you. And most Y locations will give you a free personal trainer session so they can show you how to use the equipment in the fitness room. Take advantage of this. If you are a walker, throw a few running intervals into your walk. Is there someone in the family who might like to take a hike with your or go bike riding or even play a game of Wii basketball??
Take it a little at a time... one day at a time, one meal at a time, one hour at a time. One of my wise friends over on the BL challenge said "The next bite is a chance to do it right." Isn't that a great saying?? I can almost guarantee you that ONE GOOD DAY... on plan, on track, will lead to another.
Measure, weigh, journal EVERYTHING. Every nibble, every taste, every bite. Don't rely on your memory. Find a journaling system that can work for you and USE IT!
I'm sure I'll think of more later, but I think I've rambled on long enough. Anyhow, look around here on the WISH board... there is a great Biggest Loser challenge that you are welcome to join. We are a super friendly group and you are welcome at ANY TIME. There is also a WW thread.... a bit less hectic and busy and again, you are welcome to hop on with us at any time! Checking in here daily with other people on the same journey can be so helpful.
The one thing I must mention in closing, is to remember that this is truly a JOURNEY. That is what was missing for me in the past, is that knowledge. I kept waiting for the "diet" to end... I would dream about what I would eat "after" WW. But I am finally realizing that this is not a short round trip, but a lifelong JOURNEY. Sure, I might lose my way occasionally, but as long as I get back on the road and continue on my journey, I will have success. I am making these food changes for a life time. So I am only making changes that I know I can sustain for a lifetime. No more chocolate forever??... Not going to happen! But limiting my chocolate to weekends?... totally do-able. Giving up potato chips forever?... NO WAY! But switching to Baked Lay's (yummm) and weighing my portions... CAN DO!
I hope that this helped a little bit. Please feel free to join us on the BL challenge. PM me if you want to chat some more. I love to talk about WW.................P
