We are booked right now for the WL (our favorite resort) for May 18-22. We're going down for my sister's wedding, which is on the 19th. After the wedding, we're all having dinner at WCC. Here's my problem: my sister and her new husband will also be at WL. She will be staying in our room the night before the wedding, then switching to their room on the 19th before dinner. We are now considering POR FQ due to some unforseen expenses here at home. The WL is $1061, FQ would be $752. How much of a hassle would it be to get her stuff from POR to the WL so she could change out of her dress before dinner? We are also thinking of splitting the stay, first 2 nights at WL to make the switch easier, then changing to POR the second 2 nights, but not sure if it would be worth it. What do you guys think?

for a short stay Id stay in 1 hotel

where is the wedding?

The wedding is at Cypress Grove Park, about 20 minutes away from WDW. I'd rather stay in one resort too, but which one!

Go with the POFQ. Omit the headache of knowing if everything will work out as far as luggage and time. Then you will also save the money for your unforseen expenses.

I just talked to my sister, and they may switch to POR as well, so if that happens, then we'll switch. We're going to give it until the end of the week for the AP rates, and if they don't come out, we'll switch as well.
