Got into CM at lunch and switched Playhouse Disney to breakfast. Thanks for giving me the needed push! I also got San Angel which was my 1st choice, but at that time they told me it would be closed. Guess not!

I'm a Casey Kahne #9 fan. We have in field rv spots at Fresno. Hope you still want to talk to me. I am not much for professional sports otherwise. I am a die hard USC girl in this Hawkeye country.

You are right there with me I hope the pics turn out good. The one thing the lady did say today was it was a 20 minute session and everything I have read says it is 30 minutes .

I like nascar and football too...mostly football. I didn't watch too much of the race today, after Gordon wrecked, there was no use in watching LOL Did you follow the draft? My team got some pretty good picks in there I think....I just hope they don't suck next year like they did this past year. So, who do you like? If you say the Titans, I'm disowning you!!!! HAHA Just kidding, I'm a Jacksonville fan!!

WOW, I just watched the wreck it was pretty bad. Most of the wrecks looked bad today. I am a big Kasey Kahne fan myself........ Titans, Titans, bite your tongue woman I am a "Who Dat" fan............. I am a Saints fan from wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back. Like Archie Manning days. I like the Jags too. They are cool. The mascot at Amanda's college is a Jaguar .

Dale lived in Dallas, Tx for about 2 years and he HATED the Cowboys......... I have been picked on about my boy's names. A lot of people ask me if I named them after the two cities in Texas.............. I say no, but if I ever had another boy I serioulsy would have thought about naming him Austin. I love that name. I originally wanted to name Dallas Morgan or Ian, but Dale put the skids on those names.

I was going to post this last night, but I wanted to get pictures first, you know for dramatic effect?

So yesterday afternoon, while I was at work, Amanda called me to say she had been in an accident . Of course my first response is "Are you OK?" and then "Is anyone hurt?" She said everyone was OK and she then told me what happened. As she was coming up to a red light an ambulance was coming up behind her, when she was trying to move over a car came up beside her and passed her. She thought she had it clear and as she moved over she hit the back of the other car. My main concern was her and the people in the other car. As I was talking to Amanda, Dale called and was FREAKING OUT. He was saying she had totaled the car and our insurance was going to go through the roof and blah blah blah. It really made me mad . From his reaction, or shall we say OVER REACTION, you would have thought this was the car.........................................................

When in REALITY..........................this is it....................................

The policeman actually said it was the fault of the ambulance as they are not suppose to come up behind someone in an intersection and tell them to move over. He was going to put it in his report. We will see because Amanda is going to pick up a copy of it today.

WOW!!! Glad she is okay!!! That is a rough feeling, being in an accident!! I was rear-ended in Key West, and to this day I ALWAYS Look in my mirror when stopping!! WOW!!! Not too bad damage wise...coulda always been worse!!!

Tell him to relax. I went to get an oil change in high school and when I backed out I turned too soon and cruched my side panel. Ooops! The mechanic knew my dad and he spent 3 hours trying to pop it out and touch it up. My dad can be a little dramatic too! When I got home my dad told me I was grounded. I thought the mechanic had turned me in. BUT UMM I had actually left a candle burning that the house keeper had found. Double oops. So then I had to tell him about the car. He wasn't as bad as I though. He did make me pay to get it fixed and wouldn't turn it into the insurance. Oh well it was my 1 and only accident. To date I have never even been pulled over by a cop. Where is some wood???

He finally settled down after I reminded him of all the wrecks he has been in..... I have had a couple of accidents at intersections too, both because of emergency vehicles. I have never been pulled over by the police either(knock wood), but Amanda did get a speeding ticket last year. She went to driving school so it did not go on her record. Dale has gotten one ticket since we have been together(23 years) he was following a school bus too close. It didn't even have students on it yet because it was 5:30am.

GRRRRRRRRRR, Tyler is saying he doesn't want to do the character breakfast at CM. I guess it will be fine if he doesn't, he can just hang out with Amanda and Matt. I called them and they now have a 7am and 11am opening for that morning...............

One of the news reports tonight is going to be about the Swine Flu and if it has reached our area yet. I am concered about this outbreak. Now it is questionable if Ken's parents will be going to Mexico or not. I know I wouldn't go. I just hope it isn't here. They are testing people who live very close to me. They are talking to my Doctor on TV now. He is saying we shouldn't be too concerned because it is so late in the year. And that the flu vaccine is not going to do anything for this because the strain was not included.

Yes, good hand washing and sanitizer are wonderful ways to prevent getting sick. Hopefully, it will not get too bad here in the States. I am concerned, but I am trying to keep it in perspective. "Drama queen"...............

Thank you!! The driver of the other car was on her side too. The accident report had what Amanda and the other girl wrote. I don't think it is a good idea to have all that personal information on the report though. It has the name, address, phone number, occupation,and where they are in school. I think that is just too much info to be handed over to a stranger.

Thank you!!!! I don't understand a man's obsession with a car . Dale will sit at the computer for hours and look at cars on EBAY.

I think it could be dangerous, depending on the situation. Here in Alabama you have to get a copy of the report and mail certain forms to the state. So every accident gives that information to each driver.

Dallas still loves to do the things I like to do, but he will be 11 this year so I don't know how much longer that will last. Tyler use to be that way. Amanda has always been Miss Independent. I guess she got that from me.

This moring didn't start out the greatest, but it is getting better .
