I have been trying to find a car rental rate that isn't out of this world. I had a van booked with Alamo for May 14-23 for $408.56. That was a great rate compaired to everything else I could find with every discount I could use. Well, today I went over to the Transportation Thread and was looking to see if anyone knew of new codes coming out and there were a few that I couldn't use. So I moused over to Mousesavers and found a Walmart code for 20% off and Alamo has a $25 coupon on their page. The great thing about the Walmart code is anybody can use it and..............are you ready.................you can add an additional driver FREE.............WHOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO. The savings over what I had booked before WITH NO additional driver is $30.17, the additional driver is $9.99 a day without the code. So now I have a van for $30 less PLUS an additonal driver for free. That is almost a tank of gas .

Ok I will settle down now. And on to other things. We took Niko to the vet yesterday to get his check up and his shots . He is now Disney ready. We bought the poor baby a muzzle for the trip just to make sure he doesn't eat Matt on the way down there........... When we put it on him the poor baby just hung his head like he was sooooooooo embarassed. He even let Matt touch him. The vet said yesterday that as he gets older he will get better, I asked how long? She said well her mom had a friend with a doxy and now that he is 10 he is good . Niko is 2, he will be 3 in June. If Matt can just hold out that long he will be in like Flint. His vet said she couldn't believe he was still so aggressive after being neutered, Dale told her that he thinks it made Niko meaner because he was mad. Men

Yay for saving $$! Poor Niko. My Mom and Dad's doxies calmed down around 4 or 5. They just bark and act crazy until you tell them to hush. They arent aggressive any more. Dale's comment about the neutering making him meaner made me crack up. I agree MEN

Awwww, poor Niko with the mussle. Our old dog would get embarrased too. She had to wear a cone once when she had surgery and she was sooo embarrased she didn't even want to go outside!

Yay for saving $$! Poor Niko. My Mom and Dad's doxies calmed down around 4 or 5. They just bark and act crazy until you tell them to hush. They arent aggressive any more. Dale's comment about the neutering making him meaner made me crack up. I agree MEN

Dale treats Niko like he is a child. I try to tell him that the dog does not understand that. He is too funny when it comes to the dog. Men blow my mind sometimes .

I love saving money. I couldn't believe I get it below $400 AND added me as the second driver. Not that I am going to drive.......lol.

I hate the idea that we will have to muzzle Niko, but I refuse to drive for 8 hours hearing him bark at Matt :scared1. I am hoping that after a little while we can take it off and he will be fine.

You are sooooooo right. I love saving money. Now I have $30 extra dollars to spend somewhere else at Disney. Hey, what can I say it was already in the budget.

If I had not already paid for the hotel room for May 15th I would be looking to save there too......

I bought a small little steno binder today, about 5 inches, and making my lists. I'm even making times to get my DSIS and DS up in September, DSIS won't Like it, but hey..she needs her morning time so she doesn't wake up a bear!! LOL Tyler's easy, wake him up, point him to the potty, get him dressed and fed, and he's good to go in about 30 mins! LOL

This is the first time we have rented for more than a week so the extra days are what keeps pushing the price up. The base price for the van is only $249 for a week, but the extra days are like $49 each day.

I am going to go to Office Depot, Walmart, and Target later today and see what I can find. I usually just put everything in a ziplock bag......... I bought Dallas a little suitecase Saturday at Target($19.99) and I want to try and find some type of Disney decoration for it. I have a Hobby Lobby near me too so I may stop in there and see what they have. WOW it is already 11:30 I better get moving.

I got the kellogg's cameras that I sent in for in the mail today!! They're cute, got toy story all over them!! Tyler's gonna have FUN with it! So, I told DH that I need to start putting stuff in the suitcase, and I heard him mutter something like crazy under his breath LOL He thinks I'm crazy at this point, but doesn't really complain when he's got everything he needs during the day!!! HAHA Ah well, it's all fun, right?

DH thinks I am obsessed. He doesn't understand that a Disney trip doesn't just happen. He said we can just wing it.........lol. He loves our Disney trips as much as I do. I have been looking at cheap little digital cameras for Dallas. I saw one today at Office Max for $19.99 so I may get that for him. If he loses it it won't be a big deal.

I went to Hobby Lobby, Office Max and Walmart today. I wanted to make an organizer. Since seeing Wendys I have wanted one too. Thanks Wendy . So off the HL first and boy I was like a kid in a candy store. They had sooooo much Disney stuff. I think I may have to start scrapbooking because they have several Disney scrapbook starter kits for like $35. Anyway, I bought some stickers and clear file keepers. I then headed to Office Max and bought dividers and a few other things, then on to Walmart. I found a cute pair of shoes at Walmart to wear with my yellow dress. As I had previously posted I bought Dallas a suitecase at Target Saturday.

Well, he has been wanting a Disney Suitecase and I just couldn't find one I liked or that we both liked so today at HL I found something and now this is what his suitecase looks like...

They only had one of these sticker packs or I would have bought more. It was like $4.

I used one of the sticker packs I bought to decorate the clear file folder.

This is how it turned out.

The dividers I got at OM.

I added the stickers. The dividers have a place on the back for notes. I think they turned out kinda cute. Especially for someone who has no artistic talent at all........... I also bought some little 3 x 5 cards to write all my reservations and stuff on.

These are the shoes.

Ok so much for that. I guess I will call the cake hotline again tomorrow as they did not call me today. I am about to pull my hair out over this stupid cake .

Thank you. I get in a zone when I see Disney stuff . I have to shop for that stuff alone, my poor DH can't stand how long I spend just looking.

I booked our October trip last night. I have booked Pop for 4 nights with PH tickets and free dining for October 2-6. Our anniversary is October 3 so we will be there for that. Dallas is going with us because Amanda will have classes on Friday, Monday and Tuesday and I am afraid that Tyler just will not be responsible enough. We have plenty of time to see I guess. I am so excited.

Thank you. I wanted to go for our anniversary this year but I didn't want to wait that long, so May it became. And when the 4/7 came out and everybody else decided they wanted to go it changed everything. I have been stashing money in a cookie jar so if free dining came back I could pull it off...............soooooooooooo The price is great too. I have 4 nights at Pop with ph tickets and free food for Dale, Dallas and Me for a little over $1200. Now I really need to do the math and see if upgrading our 3 tickets to annual passes would work out cheaper, or getting 10 day no expire for us.

WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! A second trip!! Good luck planning separately, it's hard, I know!! I kept telling my photopass person that my dates in Sept were May 15th to the 19th LOL it's SEPT 15th to 19th, and MAY 18th to 20th. I told her I was blonde and went from there!! HAHA it's fun tho!! and well worth it!
