Sorry it's taken me so long to finish these up. I hope they are not too long and boring

Well today is Tuesday, May 10th and we have arrived in Grand Cayman. I believe we arrived sometime around 7:00am. We also had to change the clocks back one hour, which wasn't a big deal for us since it was closer to our time zone. I ordered room service the night before with sandwiches and the cheese platter to bring on our excursion. Since we didn't have to meet for our excursion till 10:45am, we weren't in any hurry to get off the ship. They tell you to have breakfast and be ready to go before getting your tendar tickets. We packed our cooler and headed to Topsider's for breakfast. After breakfast, we headed to the Buena Vista theater to get our tendar tickets and head off to Grand Cayman. The ride was quick and the girls really enjoyed it.
We got to Grand Cayman way early, so we spent some time walking around and trying to find where we need to go for our Capt Marvin excursion. We found the office and hung out for a little while before boarding a shuttle to the boat. Once we were all onboard, we headed out to an area close to Stingray City for some snorkeling. The water was very choppy and the girls had a hard time at first. I was very disappointed with the water, but that is the way it goes and it was nobody's fault. We headed over to Stingray City where a bunch of boats were already parked. I made the comment that it was Grand Cayman's "New York" traffic jam
The water was shallow, which was nice, but the girls were FREAKED OUT with the Stingrays. They got in the water, but nowhere near the stingrays. It was a little disappointing, but what do you do
The excursion itself it short, but the travel time to and back was long. I'm not sure I would ever do this again, atleast with the kids. A beach excursion might have been better.
We headed back and did some shopping before getting a tendar back to the ship. Shopping was VERY expensive, but was very impressed by Disney's security and how quickly they get people to and from the ship.
DH and I had our Palo reservations, so we headed back to get cleaned up. The girls were fine getting there own dinner at the club and headed out. We had a 6:00pm reservation and were seated right by the window. Salvatore was our server (Marco's brother) and he was great. I was a little disappointed that he didn't bring more things for us to try, but he was still wonderful. I'm not a huge beef eater, but we both ordered the Filet Mignon for dinner and of course, the famous chocolate souffle for dessert. I was stuffed
We walked around after, catching the end of the Wilde & Haines show. Now those guys were FUNNY and I wish we would have seen the whole thing. We hit the Rockin Bar and saw Lynn Trefzger and her ventriloquism show. That was really funny also. I was very impressed by the entertainment that Disney provides. A couple of DISers met us and we stayed to enjoy the 80's night. We had a blast!
I'm guessing about 12:00am, we finally headed back to the room for the evening. What a night.....
Tomorrow we arrive in Cozumel and it's Pirate Night
