I'm about 99% positive you can get nail polish remover at the gift shops at WDW resorts. It may be in a little plastic bottle or it may be in pre-soaked pads that look kind of like little handi-wipes.
I'm pretty sure you can travel with nail polish remover. I've checked it through my luggage a few times. Just put it in a Ziploc baggie in case of spills. Here's what Southwest says about it--I imagine other airlines have a similar policy:

Toiletry items can be carried in checked or carryon baggage, but must be limited to 16 fluid ounces (18 ounces by mass). This includes hairspray, aerosol deodorants, shaving cream, perfumes/colognes, nail polish, nail polish remover, insect repellant (aerosol, pump or lotion) and other non-radioactive pharmaceuticals. The combined total of individual bottles of hazardous toiletries cannot exceed 68 fluid ounces.
Safety shaving razors (except for razor blades and straight edge razors) are allowed in checked or carryon baggage.
Nail files and nail clippers are also allowed in checked or carryon baggage.
A personal Mercury thermometer is allowed in checked or carryon baggage as long as it is in a protective case.
