I have to confess that I had my usual pre-cruise nightmare last night. Yep, I dreamt that we missed the boat! I was inconsolable, and I begged DCL to let me on that the next port. It was pretty pathetic. When I woke up this morning, I felt a huge surge of relief... it was just a dream, I didn't miss the cruise, and I won't miss the cruise!

I found myself wondering if anyone else has dreams about missing the boat. Anyone?

It's funny you should mention that, I had a similiar dream the other night. We were standing at the port (my family and I), I was holding my laptop watching the Magic sail by twopalms.com, talk about just missing the boat!!!

I didn't want to mention it, fearing it might happen, the way my luck seems to go!!!

I have a co-worker that keeps telling me, "If it wasn't for bad luck Andy, you wouldn't have any luck at all." I'm starting to believe him, LOL!!!

These moments leading up to our Magical Disney Cruise are getting more intense with every second that ticks off the countdown clock. With this being our first cruise ever it is adding to the excitement. Will (my 2 1/2 year old) and I will be making some name tags today from our alien green mickeys. Nothing more fun than making Mickey part of his learning experiences!
Before we get started I think there is one thing we must do...

We just got off the line with DCL about the $100 credit available if you stayed at Disney within the last 30 days. We were unable to qualify for this because we booked the cruise through the Florida resident rate. Well I guess you can't have it all...

I'm leaving in 5 days for a Disney cruise - darling, I have it all!!!!!
Too bad about that credit - I e-mailed my TA asking about it also. Always a catch somewhere! Maybe we all need to move to Florida, work part-time at Disney and just cruise on our days off!!!

My husband just gave me more good news! He said he has a feeling we will be booking another cruise before we get off the boat! Has anyone done a four day cruise? Should we just stick with the seven day ones?

We booked our Disney Cruise while we were in Key West last month at the Ocean Key Resort watching the cruise ships come in.
My husband was born and raised in the Florida Keys. We just returned from a two month hiatus there with his family...we were never in Key West on Sunday to see the ship Thats OK..The first time we see it will be that much more exciting!
