Hi all - I would appreciate any input on the "loose" itinerary I've put together so far. This is a highschool graduation trip for our DD. Her priority is Pandora - both rides - (along with Dwarves, Frozen Ever After and the Star Wars show at night). I'm in the beginning stages of trying to "guess" when I should try for FP+ - our 60 day window opens this Thursday

Intinerary so far:

May 28th - Arrive in Orlando 3:30 pm (no evening plans in parks but could change that)

May 29th - *Memorial Day * MK (BOG at 7pm) - hoping to schedule afternoon FP to Dwarves - wondering if we should try AK at 8am (for early Pandora ride) then hop to MK??

May 30th - Epcot EMH (try to get to Frozen) / then hop to AK (hoping to schedule FP for one of the Pandora rides in afternoon) ROL Dining Package at 1pm (may cancel this one??)

May 31st - Epcot / Studios (Stay for Star Wars nighttime show at Studios)

June 1st - MK (Crystal Palace lunch at 1:20) - hoping for schedule FP to Dwarves, Space Mountain and Splash

June 2nd - AK (hoping to schedule FP for a Pandora ride and most hopeful to schedule one this day) ROL Dining Package at 12:45

We're staying on property at Beach Club Villas - am I on the right track with this plan so far? Not sure if I picked the "best" parks on certain days. Do I pick FP+ for mid day rides since we'll try to get into parks early?? - I'm kinda going nuts trying to piece this together

Thanks!

We will be there the exact same days and some of the same parks on the same day, lol. Small world sometimes! I think everything looks good. Being that you are going to MK on a Monday, and it is a holiday (both usually heavy crowd days for MK), I would stay there and hit as many rides as you can after your breakfast and schedule big ticket FP rides for later in the afternoon when crowds get heavier. I wouldn't go to AK at all that day unless you want to schedule FP's at AK for later afternoon and then hop over after you're done at MK. It looks like you've got a few other times plugged in that week to do AK and a full day there on June 2.

I usually pick FP's for later in the day when the parks are more crowded. If you get there at rope drop or EMH, you really can get a lot done in a very short amount of time without needing FP's. We find it nice to have some FP's later in the day when we are a little less energetic than we were at opening. This also works good if you have people in your party that like to ride things multiple times...you can do them as standby early in the a.m. when parks are less crowded and then get another chance to ride using FP when the standby lines are less manageable.

Enjoy your trip! If you are in Haunted Mansion and hear a blood curdling scream followed by deep maniac laughter, that would be my husband...he lives to scare people in the stretching room..lol.

Thank you SO much! Your info is exactly what I was hoping for - I've tweaked things based on your recommendations - it's starting to come together.

And BTW - I read the part about your husband to my husband and he thinks that's hysterical

Thanks again!
