Darn, we would have liked to do the Pompeii/Herculaneum very much, but we are 4!! Is anyone else doing anything similar?

....And can you explain the FE activty? We don't know much about it!

....And my DH wants to know if there is much pin trading on the Med. cruises. The rest of my family is very into it!

I would totally freak out, it's a good thing you checked. Did they send you an email or did you just happen to be checking on everything and found out your flight was canceled. What poor customer service if they didn't email you.

No email , No calls.. I was booking shore excursions yesterday and thought I would check... to my surprise my Thursday flight was canceled. Thank god I looked.......

Delta had a deal for $745 out of Miami through Paris so it worked out

FEs are "Fish extenders." They are little pockets that you hang outside your stateroom on the Fish light just by your door. Then people leave cute little gifts for you and you leave gifts for them.

We all understand that baggage is limited so no one is expecting anything big and elaborate. Last year we received pencils, pens, note pads, sun screen samples, candy, stickers, etc. It was a lot of fun coming back to our room and finding all kinds of things waiting for us.

You can buy an FE on Ebay or you can make one of your own. There are lots of examples on Disboards, just search for FE.

I'm learning daily on how to use the website. Today I just figured out how to add contact information to the website. If you are on the website and would like to send me a comment or information, you can go to the bottom of the home page and fill out the contact form. I will receive an email with your information/comments.

So far we have 12 for the Brunch. I don't know what the maximum is allowed, but I'm sure it isn't much more than that. I'm figuring 14 at the most. So if there is anyone else that would like to join us I only have 2 seats left.

Currently I have enough to send the request. I will send it one day this week. Keep your fingers crossed that we will get the room.

My thanks to Cindy for all that she is doing to prepare us for this cruise!! I am getting more and more excited each day.

No thanks needed, but it is appreciated. By doing this, it helps me get prepared also. I like doing this anyway, it is a lot of fun getting to know everyone.

Last year someone else did this for the cruise and he had to have been busy, there was 101 members communicating through Disboards. I can't imagine how busy he was.

I really hope we get more members to join us, just don't know if I could handle keeping 101 informed.

I'm also home from work for the month of March on convalescent leave. I had surgery last week and I'm sitting here bored out of my mind. I can drive next week, so I will at least be able to go do something.

We have 3 seats available for the Uphotomalta - Malta's most unique photography tour in Malta. Right bow it is just my husband and I. They said they would be happy to accommodate our ship arrival time.

We were also looking to do a tour of Pisa Florence (Maybe driver in rome?? LIVORNO SHORE EXCURSION:EXCLUSIVE PISA AND FLORENCE). We have 4 (which includes 2 (mostly cute and well behaved but no guarantees!!) little kids) if anyone is interested in joining us. (You can tell I'm not in marketing!)

For price, the more we add (to 8) the cheaper the price. But roughly 100 a person for a 9 hour tour.

Added your tours to the website. It's getting so close I can taste it and all I'm going to talk about for the next 3 months is Disney. People at work are going to hate me for all Disney talk that I do.

I just received an email back from him, there is no way to get 8 people in the van. I asked him how much it would be if we took two vehicles with 8 people, I'll let you know as soon as he answers me.

Hopefully we can get others to join and then take two vans with a total of 14 people (if he has two vans available). That would be fun.

forgot to address your question about pin trading....last year there wasn't much pin trading, but there were some. I LOVE pin trading and brought more than I needed due to the lack of trading. But, I bought some really nice ones. They don't do a lot of trading at Disney Paris either. We will probably make a trip down there before the cruise to buy some Paris pins for trading. Bring what you got, if anything we can trade, or even schedule some trading time out by one of the pools on a sea day. Nothing saying we can't all get together and trade pins, just another way to get to know one another.

Maybe if I say it enough she won't be so difficult. I wish she would just buy her plane tickets already. We've already paid for the cruise, she just needs to get here. She keeps putting it off, and wants to fly from a one gate airport instead of driving up to Dulles and fly. She could save more than $400 if she would just make that damn drive, but instead she keeps putting it off thinking she will find something cheaper. Nothing is going to get cheaper with gas prices go through the roof again.

For anyone planning to visit Rome, its worth checking out the Scavi Tour which is a small pre-booked tour of the Necropolis under St Peter's, which culminates in what is believed to be the tomb of St Peter. I did it the last time I was in Rome. They only allow a few people a day down there as its all temperature/humidity controlled etc., but a once in a lifetime event if you can make it.

More information on the Le Spezia - Driver in Rome Pisa and Florence (4 seats available) tour. They will waive the 75 euro charge for pick up at our dock.
And we do see the "real" David statue They seem real nice to work with (although I haven't "talked" to anyone yet who isn't.
